Netscape Navigator version 5.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher. (If you are using AOL's browser, please switch
to one of the above if you experience any difficulty. To do this: log
on to AOL. Minimize the browser. Then launch either Netscape or Internet
Explorer.)
There are browser plug-ins required for the use of this site. If you don't already have them in place, please be sure to download the appropriate plug-in from the sites listed here before attempting to use this site's features.

ACCESS CODE REGISTRATION:
Was there an access certificate (access code) packaged with your textbook?
If the product was
purchased through an access certificate (access code), you
must first register the access code before you can enter
to use the product.
If you need help with your password see below.
To
register an access certificate (access code):
- Have your access
access code handy. (You may not share an access code with anyone else.
The access code provides access for one person for a subscription
period. Then you must buy a new one.
- Click on the Register
button.
- Then click the
link at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
- IMPORTANT:
When you click on the link at the bottom of the page, you will be asked
first to enter your access code and a new or existing user name.
It is extremely important to enter your access code exactly
as it appears on the card.
To
enter when you have registered your access certificate (access code):
- Have your username
and password that you created during registration handy. (A copy of
this is automatically emailed to you when registration is completed.)
- Click on the Enter
button.
- Enter the username and password you created when you registered.

PASSWORDS:
- If you purchased a new textbook you were supplied an access code as described above. Upon registering that access code, you generated a username and password that you must use to return to the product. If you have forgotten this password please click here to have it reset.
